Alignment
Use the panel in the sidebar deck to set alignment options for the contents of the current cell, or the selected cells.

Align Left
Aligns the contents of the cell to the left.
Align Center
Horizontally centers the contents of the cell.
Align Center HorizontallyCentered
Align right
Aligns the contents of the cell to the right.
Justified
Aligns the contents of the cell to the left and to the right cell borders.
The text is entered from left to right.
The text formatted in a complex text layout language is entered from right to left.
Align Top
Aligns the contents of the cell to the upper edge of the cell.

Align Bottom
Aligns the contents of the cell to the lower edge of the cell.

Wrap text
Wraps text onto another line at the cell border. The number of lines depends on the width of the cell. To enter a manual line break, press Command Ctrl+Enter in the cell.
Combines the contents of the selected cells into a single cell, retaining the formatting of the first cell in the selection.
Merging cells can lead to calculation errors in formulas in the table.
