Datos

Use as ordes do menú Datos para editar os datos na folla actual. Pode definir intervalos, ordenación e filtrar os datos, calcular os resultados, contornar datos e abrir a táboa dinámica.

Sort

Sorts the selected rows according to the conditions that you specify. LibreOfficeDev automatically recognizes and selects database ranges.

Sort Ascending

Sorts the data of the selected field or cell range in ascending order. Text fields are sorted alphabetically, numerical fields are sorted by number.

Sort Descending

Sorts the data of the selected field or cell range in descending order. Text fields are sorted alphabetically, number fields are sorted by number.

AutoFilter

Automatically filters the selected cell range, and creates one-row list boxes where you can choose the items that you want to display.

Shows commands to filter your data.

Define Range

Defines a database range based on the selected cells in your sheet.

Select Range

Selects a database range that you defined under Data - Define Range.

Actualizar intervalo

Updates a data range that was inserted from an external database. The data in the sheet is updated to match the data in the external database.

Un formulario de entrada de datos é unha ferramenta para facilitar a introdución de datos nas follas de cálculo. Cun formulario de entrada de datos pódense introducir, editar e eliminar rexistros (ou filas) de datos e evitar o desprazamento horizontal cando a táboa ten moitas columnas ou cando algunhas columnas son moi largas.
