Draft View

View for distraction-free writing, flattening multi-column sections and disabling whitespace, including left page margin.

The Draft View maintains a fixed line width to avoid the overly long text lines caused by window resizing in Web View.

To focus on distraction-free writing, Draft View supports the followings:

• Hide header and footer;

• Disable View > Whitespace to remove top and bottom page margins and space between pages;

• Hide the left page margin when View > Whitespace is disabled, so that all body text (e.g., in mirrored page layouts with different left margins) starts at the same distance from the left page border.

• Show multi-column sections as single-column sections. It keeps the original column width, if it is possible, that is, when all the columns have the same width.

• Changing to Normal View from Draft View, restore the setting of View > Whitespace.
