Create a new pivot table data column using a custom formula.
A Calculated Field lets you add a new data column with a custom formula, and unlike manually entered columns, it becomes a built-in part of the Pivot Table. This ensures that sorting, filtering, and other Pivot Table functions work seamlessly.
Place cursor inside an existing pivot table, then

On the menu of the tab, choose
The name of the calculated field. This name will appear as an additional entry in the Fields list.
The formula of the calculated field. The formula syntax is the same as any other formula cell in Calc.
Display the list of fields and calculated fields. All fields of this list can be used in calculated fields formulas.
Click to add the calculated field to the Field list.
Adds the calculated field to the pivot table fields.
Modifies the calculated field formula and update the Fields list.
Deletes the calculated field.
