Presentation sections

Sections help you organize your slides into logical groups, making it easier to navigate, manage, and collaborate on large presentations.

From the context menu:

Click on a slide in the slide pane and choose Add section.


To add a section

  1. Open the presentation.

  2. In the left pane (Slide panel view), right-click between two slides where you want to add a section.

  3. Select Add Section.

A new section named "Untitled Section" is added. Proceed to optionally rename the section.

To rename a section

  1. Right-click the section name in the Slide pane.

  2. Select Rename Section and type the new name in the name box.

To remove a section

  1. Right-click the section name in the Slide pane.

  2. Choose Remove section (this only removes the section, not the slides).
