Returns a cell range or array as one text string, taking the range and an optional format number.
Array: The range or array to return as text.
Format: The format of the returned text, as follows:
0 or omitted - concise format, returns the values in row order separated by commas (default).
1 - strict format, returns an array constant in braces with text in quotes, comma as column separators and semicolon as row separators.
A number retains its input text while ignoring cell formatting. A boolean displays as TRUE or FALSE in the current locale. An empty cell contributes nothing. In a range, an error is listed as its error text, whereas a reference to a single error cell returns that error. Date values return the internal date number.
